Similar to many of Oakley’s current sports eyewear models, the Oakley Meta Vanguard include a curved frame that incorporates Oakley’s PRIZM Lens technology, intended to shield against sunlight, wind, and dust.
The center of the lens includes a compact 12MP camera equipped with a 122-degree wide-angle lens.
By saying the command “Hey Meta,” users can quickly record first-person video, along with choices for Slow Motion or Hyperlapse.
“Picture yourself sliding down the slope, successfully pulling off the trick you’ve been working on, and recording it in slow motion,” Meta said.
The devices include open-ear speakers that direct sound straight into your ears, enabling you to enjoy music during workouts, along with a five-microphone setup for answering calls or interacting with Meta AI.

Nevertheless, their weight is only 66g – roughly half that of a baseball.
“They include Oakley’s Three–Point Fit system and have three interchangeable nose pads, featuring a low– and high–bridge design for a stable and personalized fit,” Meta added.
