Fasoo disclosed on the 23rd that it has made it to the finals in the “Best AI Integration” category of the 2025 A.I. Awards, an international artificial intelligence honor.

The 2025 AI Awards are an independent recognition that was launched last year by “The Cloud Awards,” which have been taking place since 2011. Candidates are chosen based on evaluations divided by industry, such as platforms, startups, finance, healthcare, and more. The AI Convergence category, where Fasoo has been named a finalist, focuses on the ability to integrate AI with existing systems. It features major global technology companies like Illumina, Ivanti, Gong, and WalkMe.

Fasoo was acknowledged for its artificial intelligence governance and data preparation abilities, offered through an AI ecosystem that integrates its enterprise AI solution “Ellm” and AI document management system “Wrapsody.” These two tools, when linked, ensure access rights and policies for the data itself while offering all historical records, allowing for enhanced quality and effective handling of AI training data.

Elm is a secure and efficient small large language model (sLLM) that is customized using internal data tailored to an organization’s specific needs and is designed as a local or private cloud system. A major advantage is its capacity to enforce access controls and policies for each dataset, leveraging Fasoo’s expertise in data management and security. This ensures sensitive information, including personal details and intellectual property, is not utilized in AI training or improperly revealed via AI systems.

Rhapsody enhances the quality and accessibility of internal data for AI training, supporting document assetization, version control, and file-level access management. It secures all documents and manages them centrally as a single entity, even when stored across a distributed system using document virtualization technology. It reduces ROT (redundant, obsolete, trivial) data that can impede AI training and usage, enabling efficient, cost-effective, and secure data management for AI purposes.

Son Jong-gon, Executive Managing Director of Fasoo, said, “Many companies find it difficult to start because they lack internal AI expertise and resources, or they stop at the pilot phase without applying AI to real-world tasks.” He further mentioned, “Organizations should first determine which tasks to apply AI to, how to gather data, and how to reduce costs and potential negative impacts of AI use. This involves deploying agent AI that can be effectively used through analysis and customized design suited for particular tasks.”
