Zurich Insurance has introduced digital policy cards and travel notifications through its Zurich Edge platform.

The updates are being introduced to its customers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia first.

Digital cards will combine Google Wallet and Apple Wallet. Policy details, emergency contact information, and Zurich services like claims forms can be accessed immediately by customers, according to the insurer’s announcement on September 23, 2025.

Consumers can also send policy information to relatives or reliable contacts using QR codes and links on the cards.

Gradually, digital cards will be enhanced to provide up-to-the-minute policy details including claim status, policy modifications, and renewal notifications, according to Zurich Insurance.

Zurich Insurance is also improving its travel services by introducing Travel Alerts, which offers travelers with pre-trip guidance and real-time information throughout their trips.
