Media personality Kate Actress has given her approval to Phil Karanja’s new girlfriend, Mukami Maina.

The movie director revealed his girlfriend a few weeks back by posting an affectionate picture on his Instagram Stories.

This was the first instance where Phil disclosed that he was in a relationship following his and Kate’s divorce announcement in 2023.

He did not reveal when the relationship began, but Kenyans were keen to see his ex’s response.

To their astonishment, Kate praised the couple’s relationship and also posted a video showing them spending time together.

Mukami is a law student who enjoys posting small updates about her life on social media. She has recently secured a product sponsorship.

A 25-year-old posted videos at a bookstore, informing book enthusiasts about where to find their next read.

She captioned the post:

Kate, in her response to the post, endorsed Mukami as her daughter’s reading companion and stepmother.

“At least Njeri has found a friend who reads,” she said.
