Chasing 296, Karachi Blues were all out for 111, with Shahid taking 5-33 in 14.1 overs. His total match figures of 10-78 surpassed his previous best of 10-120, earning him his second first-class 10-wicket match performance. Multan secured their initial win by chasing a small target of 35 runs against Faisalabad in just 41 balls. Earlier, Faisalabad resumed at 223-5 but were all out for 373, despite Asim Ali Nasir’s maiden century (114 off 249) and Ali Shan’s unbeaten 77 off 221 balls. For Multan, Mohammad Shan took three wickets. At Marghzar Cricket Ground, Abbottabad’s Khalid Usman took five wickets to secure a 70-run win over Islamabad, who were all out for 453 while chasing 524. Despite strong centuries from Raja Hamza Waheed (117 off 118) and Sarmad Bhatti (109 off 201), Islamabad fell short as Khalid, supported by Israr Hussain and Muhammad Adil (each taking two wickets), ensured Abbottabad’s victory.
