The final round of the Coderina University Challenge 2025 is ready to begin, with the top 10 student-led innovation teams gathering at the National Universities Commission Secretariat in Abuja on 20 November, according to organizers who announced this on Tuesday.
Hosted by the Coderina Education and Technology Foundation, COUCH seeks to spark imagination, critical thinking, and business acumen among university students throughout Nigeria.
The 2025 version has experienced significant involvement, as students have created answers that address practical issues through the use of technology and research-based methods.
The final event of this year aligns with Global Entrepreneurship Week, an international tribute to pioneers and employment generators, centered around the theme “Together We Build.”
The statement highlights Nigeria’s dedication to fostering a new wave of inventors who can promote equitable growth and long-term development.
Representatives from the government, educational institutions, businesses, and the private sector are anticipated to participate in the event, aiming to observe the creativity of Nigeria’s emerging inventors and identify opportunities for cooperation, guidance, and financial support.
The creator of Coderina, Olajide Ajayi, mentioned in a statement that the initiative keeps closing the gap between theoretical learning and practical requirements, promoting education driven by innovation throughout the nation.
