The Miami Grand Prix won the highly sought-after Promoter of the Year Award at the 38th edition.AwardsIn London, succeeding in a very competitive area.

A group of impartial expert judges determined that the event, which marked its fourth installment in 2025, showed the most significant progress among the nominated entries, particularly when compared to the initial race in 2022.

The judges appreciated how Miami continuously works to enhance its fan engagement and variety of ticket choices, is among the most active in handling media interactions, and participates in numerous other GPs and events globally to discover methods for improvement.

The group was guided until the conclusion of the previous season by Tyler Epp, who has recently assumed a high-level commercial position at Cadillac F1 Team. Katharina Nowak, who collaborated with Epp on all four Miami GPs, was elevated to succeed him as CEO of the Grand Prix and was there on the evening to accept the honor.

“Wow! Thank you, this is a true privilege for us,” Nowak remarked, after accepting the award handed to him by Sky Sports commentator David Croft.

Thanks for this amazing recognition, and for the fantastic group we’re working with in Miami – Stephen Ross and Tom Garfinkel.

We acknowledge the other promoters who motivate us and push us forward. And naturally, we also thank Formula 1 for enabling us to carry out our work.

Other contenders in the category included last year’s champion, the Las Vegas GP, the 2023 award recipient Silverstone, Goodwood, and the Singapore GP.

The panel of judges comprised Alex Jacques, the Channel 4 F1 commentator, Sam Agini, a writer from the Financial Times, Matthew Marsh, a specialist in sponsorship, and Kate Beavan, former F1 Director of Hospitality and Experiences.

Other accolades determined by panels of experts are the Pioneering and Innovation Award and the Brand Partnership of the Year.

Categories chosen through fan voting consist of Driver of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Moment of the Year sponsored by Bahrain International Circuit, Competition Car of the Year, Rally Driver of the Year, and British Competition Driver of the Year.
