The TraitorsStars Amanda Collier and Jade Scott shared that they had an undisclosed link beyond the castle – surprising fans with the announcement.

During their period on theBBC show, retired police detective Amanda had suspicions that Jade was a traitor from the beginning.– although both were, in fact, Faithfuls.

The duo shared on Instagram about a common link in their actual lives, even though they were unaware of it while filming.

In a recorded FaceTime conversation, Amanda told Jade: “In the 1990s, long before you were born, I was a police officer and worked at Islington Police Station.”

One of my most cherished companions during patrols was a man named Jonathan.

And Jonathan and I would often take our car out on patrol, and we’d chase down criminals in high-stakes, life-or-death scenarios and things like that.

Amanda added, “And there’s some sort of link. What is it, Jade?”

Jade responded: “This Jonathan is actually my boyfriend’s father.”

The two of them laughed about the coincidence, questioning “What are the odds?”

It was disclosed that, following the filming, Jade contacted Amanda to inquire further about her previous employment.

Amanda said, “The Met Police is massive, and when you mentioned ‘North London,’ I thought ‘Okay…’ Then you said ’90s’ and I was like, ‘Okay!’ After that, we just kind of narrowed it down.”

You provided me with his name and I still wasn’t convinced, so I asked, ‘Send me a picture,’ and you sent me a photo and I said, ‘That’s Johnny!’

That’s completely crazy. People don’t understand how massive a coincidence that really is.

She said: “What’s truly wonderful is that he was my favorite person… he was amazing and I had a lot of affection for him.”

In response to the disclosure, a fan wrote: ‘All along, you could have been allies.’

Another added: “That’s great – it’s a tiny world.”

A third person added, “The world is surprisingly small in numerous aspects, truly amazing.”

A fourth person said: “This is incredible! There were numerous additional links on that family tree!”

While a fifth person stated: “I love these coincidental connections.”

I think it’s strange that Amanda chose Jade so soon and remained with that choice.

Perhaps the instinct was present, but she simply viewed that instinct as ‘must be a traitor.’ The performance was amazing.

Within the game, Amanda was expelled early and Jade eventually made it to the final five.

However, she, together with Faraaz Noor and Jack Butler, fell below the standards of Traitor winners Stephen Libby and Rachel Duffy.

Season four was characterized by links – whether real, accidental, or speculated.

Mother and daughter Judy and Roxy arrived together., although the former was the first to be exiled.

Fellow contestantsRoss and Ellie kept their prior romantic connection a secret– which was disclosed by Ellie at the time of her elimination.

Ross also experienced an unexpected, second pre-Traitors connection with Netty,a former friend he had not encountered in ten years and who amazed him when he arrived at the castle.

At one stage, audiences began to believe there was a connection among all the players because of a family tree picture on display.

The game show The Traitors can be watched on BBC iPlayer.
