Revolution Bars is poised to enter administration, threatening the well-known bar chain with the possibility of vanishing from the scene.high street.

The holding company Revel Collective, which operates 62 bars such as Revolucion de Cuba and Peach Pubs, announced on Monday that it has applied to enter administration following its decision to put the business up for sale in October.

Conversations with a potential buyer are “far along,” they mentioned, although any agreement is expected to result in shareholders receiving nothing following the transaction.

Revolution bars – affectionately referred to as Revs – along with Revolucion de Cuba and Peach Pubs, will remain open throughout the process.

The prime minister utilized her initial Labour budget to boost National Insurance payments from companies and elevate the minimum wage.

Revel Collective also expressed disapproval of her responsibilities regarding spirits, stating that it would add an additional £4 million annually.

The firm introduced a recovery strategy, leading to the closure of 15 unprofitable bars, yet this was insufficient to secure its long-term viability.

In their statement, the owners mentioned that administrators will be appointed within 10 days.

In December, Revel Collective mentioned it had identified ‘a substantial number’ of possible buyers.
