After traversing the desert, enduring a conflict zone and crashing a helicopter into water, only three trainees were left following the intense conclusion ofChannel 4’s Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

Fourteen stars challenge their intellect and physical strengththrough the final trial of endurancebut history was created by the first ever all-female group of finalists.

Love Island stars Dani Dyerand Gabby Allen, and former Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm stayed until the very end along with other traineesBen Cohen and Mack Horton quit.

Broadcasting on Monday night, the final episode of the eight-part Celebrity SAS series had the five finalists undergo one final challenge.

In the prior episodes, Chief Instructor Billy Billingham along with his Directing Staff—Jason Fox, Rudy Reyes, and Chris Oliver—had challenged the recruits extensively.

However, reaching the most challenging section of the selection process—the shortened version of SAS training—the group was handed over to interrogators.

Stripped of sleep and subjected to rigorous interrogation between tasks, former rugby player Ben, 47, and Mack, 29, gave up, resulting in the three women being left standing.

Announcing the final decision, Billy, 60, stated, ‘Eight days ago you came from opposite ends of the globe. Fourteen arrived. Three are now in front of us.’

Even if you are at the finish line, it doesn’t imply you have completed this course.

It’s a special occasion to say – congratulations to all three of you. You have successfully completed this course.

The show has definitely been challenging.

Thinking back on her victory, Dani remarked: ‘Every moment was terrible. But when I found out I had succeeded — it’s the best feeling in the world.’

If I can accomplish this, there’s nothing I can’t do. I’m definitely much stronger than I believed. I can’t believe I’ve actually managed to do it. I’m truly proud of myself.

We are powerful women. We endure a lot as women, both mentally and physically.

Gabby also mentioned: ‘I can’t believe that out of fourteen people, it’s us. Well, I can — because we’re top-notch.’

Talking about her and Dani’s history on Love Island, Gabby added: ‘Two girls from Love Island proving to everyone what we’re capable of.’

Emily also mentioned: “When we were removed from the bags and it was only the three of us left, I believed we had been chosen as the weakest.”

I was incredibly proud of the girls. We spent the entire time supporting one another and reinforcing our own strength.

I wasn’t surprised that it was the three women, but I was taken aback that the two men [Ben and Mack] didn’t make it since they were so powerful.

Each time I faced difficulties, I imagined my son wearing his dinosaur pajamas. I could visualize him very distinctly, and it provided me with courage.

This follows the revelation by Celeb SAS star Ben about his daughter’s severe heart condition.

The former English rugby athlete shared his ‘terrible’ last 18 months in a prior episode after hisbinary relationship with Kristina Rihanoff.

In intense questioning moments, Ben expressed his desire to serve as a ‘source of strength’ for his daughters – twins Isabelle and Harriette, aged 17, and Milena, who is nine years old.

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins can be watched on Channel 4.
