Asked about Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’sAlongside Congress so far, a Democratic representative informed the co-hosts of MS NOW’s “The Weekend” that there is an increasing push to remove him.

Appearing on a Saturday morning show, Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) fired his own comments at the contentious former Fox News figure, before being asked, “Should Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth,”should he stick around?

“Absolutely not,” he responded quickly.

But for most of the time I’ve been in Congress this year, most Republicans have mentioned Hegseth first,” he added. “I mean, that’s essentially the situation: Which of these individuals is so problematic that Trump should dismiss them first?

When asked who is targeting Hegseth, he responded, “There’s a long list and many of them are on the Armed Services Committee. However, the main thing is that none of them will admit it publicly. None of them have the bravery to express any of this openly. Even during the Venezuela vote strikes, I heard Republicans say, ‘If Biden were doing this, we would be furious,’ ” as quoted by Republicans. But they are completely intimidated by…Donald Trumpand that’s simply so pitiful.”
