Thousands of pro-Iranian demonstrators took to the streets today, heading towards the US Embassy inLondoncalling for an end to American andIsraeli strikes in the region.

The London Police stated that a woman in her 60s has been taken into custody on charges of encouraging racial hostility concerning a sign.

It occurs on the eighth day of the conflict in the Middle East, during which Tehran launched an attackDubaiairport and fierce Iranian fire aim at the Gulf Arab nations, as the US PresidentDonald Trumphad vowed it would strike Iran very severely.

Hundreds of demonstrators from Hands Off Iran, who are against Western military involvement, and the opposing group, Stage for Freedom, which criticizes the current Iranian government, marched through the capital this afternoon.

A tense clash occurred when a protester shouted, “Supporters of terrorists and communist filth, get off our streets,” as the anti-war march passed through central London.

Former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyndelivered a statement that was read during the demonstration, stating “do not bring Britain into another unlawful conflict.”

Your Party MP Zarah Sultana addressed the Stop the War and Hands off Iran rally at the US Embassy in London, stating ‘we will not be ignored again,’ alluding to the 2003 US-backed invasion.Iraq

The police had to step in to calm a conflict following a lone protester who shouted at the crowd crossing Lambeth Bridge.

A man, draped in a Union Jack flag across his shoulders, faced verbal insults, was shouted at, and recorded by the crowd.

The organizations, opposing the participation of the US, UK, and Israeli governments in the Middle East dispute, are parading from Millbank to the American embassy demanding an end to the armed strikes against Iran.

The Metropolitan Policeapproximately 4,000 individuals joined the procession from Westminster to the American embassy located near Battersea Power Station.

Some are shouting “victory to”Iran– regardless of the regime’s role in killing hundreds of thousands of its citizens.

Law enforcement remained passive as demonstrators shouted offensive slogans such as “death, death to the IDF” and “victory for Iran.”

Demonstrators were observed holding the banners of Iran, along with those of Palestine and Lebanon.

Former Labour MP Zarah Sultana spoke to the anti-war demonstration near the US Embassy, stating, ‘we will not be overlooked this time.’

Remembering the 2003 US-driven invasion of Iraq, she said to the demonstrators: ‘At that time, we were informed that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction.’

We were informed that war would lead to peace and democracy.

We were informed that the war would safeguard Iraqis and the global community, but the reality turned out to be quite contrary.

Speaking outside the US Embassy in Vauxhall on Saturday afternoon, the Your Party MP for Coventry South stated: ‘The children of Baghdad have the right to grow up.’

And 23 years prior, when we protested the Iraq war, our voices went unheard.

We will not be overlooked once more, as history has shown their correctness, and now, we speak out for peace, for fairness, and for a future where governments take heed from previous events.

A message from former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn was also delivered to the gathering.

A statement from Mr. Corbyn, who was reportedly unable to be present, stated: “In 2003, hundreds of thousands of us demonstrated against the unlawful invasion of Iraq, and we were overlooked, but we are here today to express loudly and clearly – do not lead Britain into another unlawful conflict.”

For far too long, the UK has mindlessly followed the US as it engages in disastrous interventions across the globe.

Our purpose is to protect a distinct approach, one that emphasizes collaboration, fairness, and independence in international relations.

He stated: ‘Endless conflict is not a game. It carries genuine human impacts, and the US and Israel need to be responsible for their actions.’

It follows Israeli strikes this week against Iranian-backed Islamist fighters in Lebanon, including Hezbollah.

Other contentious symbols, such as the hammer and sickle, were also observed in the crowd.

Banners criticizing the US and UK governments were also visible, including one that commended the Iranian government for “fighting the Epstein regime” — an apparent allusion to the anti-Semitic conspiracy theory suggesting that the child abuser Jeffrey Epstein was an Israeli spy.

The demonstrators could be heard shouting “end the bombing immediately, immediately, immediately” and “hands off Iran.”

Various activist groups such as the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND), Stop The War, Palestine Solidarity Campaign, Muslim Association of Britain, Palestinian Forum in Britain, and Friends of Al-Aqsa are organizing the demonstration.

However, opposing demonstrators are also marching in London today, including Stage for Freedom, which is demanding an end to the regime.

The London Police Force has set rules that require demonstrators to remain on specific paths and conclude their gatherings after the march by 5pm.

The demonstration titled “Stage for Freedom” against the Iranian regime is proceeding from Whitehall to Kensington Road, near Hyde Park in Knightsbridge, where the country’s embassy is located, this afternoon.

The Middle East has fallen into turmoil following a combined US and Israeli attack on Iran that resulted in the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Saturday.

In the following days, Tehran and its allies have responded by launching attacks throughout the region, striking Israel, U.S. bases in nearby Gulf countries, and locations vital to global oil and gas production.

Protesters in Bristol gathered this afternoon, with videos posted on social media capturing intense clashes between pro-Iranian demonstrators and those opposing the Iranian government, along with the appearance of mounted police.

Thousands of individuals in Bristol joined a scheduled protest, with some voices echoing the chant “off our streets, off our streets” as tensions rose between demonstrators and law enforcement trying to manage the situation.

Local authorities stated: ‘Officers are present in the center of Bristol today as part of a law enforcement operation following a demonstration and opposing rally.’

Two distinct groups have assembled at the Cenotaph, St Augustine’s Parade, with police present at the location. There are currently no road restrictions in effect. More information will follow.

At 1:53 pm, Bristol police stated that officers encountered opposition while managing the protest in the city center, and were employing ‘dispersal methods’ to keep the two groups of the demonstration apart.

A confrontation occurred on Union Street with Bristol police creating a human barrier as the two opposing groups confronted one another.

Numerous marked vans and officers on horseback obstructed the path for roughly half an hour this afternoon when a demonstration organized by a group named ‘Bristol Patriots’ faced opposition from hundreds of counter-protesters arranged by a union of anti-fascist and anti-racist organizations.

The procession stopped near Broadmead Tesco around 12:40 pm, leading to traffic congestion for drivers and buses attempting to navigate the city center.

Avon and Somerset Police used specific authorities to break up the gatherings and instructed individuals to take off their facial coverings.

They mentioned that police are being sent to ‘facilitate a peaceful demonstration and to protect the well-being of everyone present and the broader community.’

Last night, followers of the Iranian regime engaged in violent confrontations with monarchists in unexpected and alarming situations outside a London mosque on Friday evening.

Hundreds of demonstrators from both factions assembled on either side of the road near the Islamic Centre of England (ICE) in Maida Vale around 7:35 PM.

Reza Pahlavi, the son of Iran’s final monarch, had supporters who were observed wearing the flag from before the 1979 Islamic Revolution, featuring a sun and lion emblem.

They remained alongside people waving Israeli and American flags, while a group on the opposite side of the street, near the mosque, started exchanging verbal insults with the other group.

Videos captured the shouting becoming more intense between the two groups – and just a few seconds later, turning into physical fights on a zebra crossing.

Drivers found themselves stopped when demonstrators attacked their rivals, resulting in a 17-year-old boy sustaining a head injury.

The conflict broke out rapidly, but it soon died down, with each group moving back to their own side while still yelling at each other.
