MS NOW host Chris Jansingwas annoyed during a live broadcast on Monday as PresidentDonald Trumptalked to the media, interrupting him and starting a verification process of the leader’s statements.
Trump was at a Kennedy Centermeeting with his cabinet and lawmakers to talk about several topics, including theIran war, when he began talking at length — and Jansing was not interested. She moved away from the president and addressed his comments.

We’ll wait until we receive questions directed at the president,” Jansing stated. “But may I ask this? Because I simply wanted to verify one statement the president made, claiming he had predicted that Osama Bin Laden would attack the World Trade Center. He was referencing a book released in January 2000.
Jansing subsequently read a passage from Trump’s book.

One day, we are assured that Iraq is under control,” Jansing read. “UN inspectors have completed their tasks. All is well. There’s no need to worry. The following day, the bombing started. One day we’re told that a mysterious figure without a permanent address named Osama Bin Laden is the top enemy, and U.S. fighter jets destroy his camp in Afghanistan. He managed to escape back to some remote location. A few news cycles later, it’s a new enemy and a fresh crisis. And then he states, ‘Handling multiple countries at once may require various strategies, but there’s no justification for the disorganized nature of our foreign policy. We must reinvent the wheel for each new conflict.’
Jansing recoiled and explained why Trump’s statements were incorrect.
So it’s an exaggerated statement that the president just made,” she said. “The other comments regarding the war, I believe, are quite common for anyone keeping up with it, that the United States is significantly ahead, and that they have greatly weakened much of what Iran possesses. However, he requested assistance from NATO allies to open the Strait of Hormuz. So far, no one has responded.
