A global affairs analyst, Kimberly Dozier, is not at all taken aback by President Donald Trump’s complete abandonment by world leaders.

So far, the only nation that has shown willingness to offer some assistance is France. On Monday afternoon, during a speech at the Kennedy Center, Trump stated that he has communicated with the U.K. and criticized them for their lack of willingness to support the U.S.

He didn’t alert allies about what was about to occur,” she stated regarding the attacks on Iran. “He didn’t carry out any of the usual steps before a significant military operation to establish a coalition of support, at least in a diplomatic manner. So, now he’s requesting their involvement via a tweet. Germany has recently publicly claimed that you initiated this conflict, and it’s not our issue.

Certainly, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius issued a statement, saying, “What does Trump expect a few European frigates to accomplish that the strong US Navy cannot? This is not our conflict, and we were not the ones who initiated it.”

Dozier pointed out that one issue is that the U.S. possesses the most powerful navy globally, whereas those nations do not.

“The British Prime Minister is, naturally, in discussions with the White House, but keep in mind, just within the past week, President Trump remarked that Keir Starmer, the Prime Minister, isn’t a Churchill, as they were upset that the initial attack was not allowed to use British airfields for launching strikes,” she added.

She is uncertain if anyone will assist the U.S. and mentioned it could rely on the duration of the war and the blockade.

“At this stage, I believe you’ll need the White House to display more humility, at least in private, to gain support, as their citizens are observing this and they don’t want to see their governments act as pawns to what they perceive as a bully in the White House,” Dozier explained.

She also mentioned that Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth could perceive Iran as entirely weakened because they lack a military comparable to that of the United States. Nevertheless, Iran possesses a strong asymmetric warfare capability. These strategies differ from conventional bombing methods, such as cyberattacks, infiltrating sleeper cells overseas, or using suicide bombers.

For instance, Iran is employing drones priced between $20,000 and $50,000, which they are utilizing as explosive devices.explained ABC News. Hegseth clearly stated last week that the drones are penetrating the defenses that the U.S. has established.

“According to information from the CSIS website, air defense systems such as the Patriot missile system, which are utilized to shoot down drones and other projectiles, can cost approximately $4 million per launch,” ABC stated.

Therefore, the United States is allocating $4 million to eliminate $20,000 drones.

Ukraine has created a $1,000 drone countermeasurethat they have employed against Russia, Military Times reported. They presented it to the United States, but in aninterview with NBC News, Trump stated that “the last person we need assistance from is Volodymyr Zelenskyy.”
