Stephen Miller’s appearance on Fox News during Wednesday night faced significant ridicule and fact-checking shortly after a video clip was shared on social media, highlighting how poorly the Iran war was handled.

Joining Fox News host Laura Ingraham, the senior Trump advisor stated, “The United States has met its goals quicker than anyone anticipated,” followed by, “President Trump was informed and has considered through”every permutationand each level of strategy … by a wide margin the most decisive triumph in terms of the goals.

Critics swiftly highlighted that one of the “scenarios” Trump had not considered was Israel escalating the situation, which the president mentioned shortly after Miller’s statement, along with the oil restrictions Iran has placed at the Strait of Hormuz.

That prompted former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) too quipon X, “He’s a genius, of course.”
