Sinitta has slammed I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! for ‘editing’ her row withGemma Collinsfollowing a “genuinely nasty” reaction from the show’s fans.

The singer furiously accused ITVof editing the conflict between the two, which occurred during Thursday night’s episode of the All Stars season of the program.

Sinitta, 62, and Gemma, 45, were seen in conflict following the formerTOWIEalum joined her fellow celebrities in the main camp, transitioning from basic camp Savannah Scrubs.

The couple were discussing the songChicagowhen Sinitta was seen labeling Gemma ‘a joke’ following their casting as Matron Mama Morton in the stage production.

Gemma was scheduled to portray the role in 2022, but had to leave the project due to a ‘severe injury’.

And Sinitta made a swift comment about the star from Diva Forever, stating that casting her in the role would have been a ‘ridiculous announcement’.

Sinitta remarked, “We were thinking, ‘Is this some kind of joke announcement?’ You don’t do much, but you make a fantastic entrance! You get everyone laughing, but I had no idea you could really sing and dance.”

Gemma responded: “I don’t think you’d be cast as Mama Morton in Chicago if you didn’t pass the audition,” and later added: “I am NOT a joke. I was surprised. It just felt a little strange.”

It caused anger among audiences, with numerous people using social media to criticize Sinitta’s response – however, she has claimed the conversation was ‘cut’.

Writing in a long social media post about how they ‘removed our friendly conversation’, the So Macho singer stated: ‘Goodness! I know none of you have ever heard of me before because you are young; if you had, you would know I’m a very kind person who would never treat Gemma Collins or anyone else badly.

We actually connected by talking about Chicago. I didn’t call her a joke; I meant that I thought the announcement was a joke when I first heard it, since I wasn’t aware she could sing and dance, among other things.

There was a lot of talk in the theatre community when she didn’t perform. Brenda Edwards and I had to take over the role once more.

I didn’t have much else in common with Gemma besides Chicago, so it was natural to discuss it with her, and they removed our friendly conversation about the director and her referring to us as ‘2 Mama Morton’s’.

You’re all being truly unpleasant here because you care for her, I understand. However, I gave her an opportunity to explain herself directly!

Consider this… That isn’t impolite, it’s referred to as dialogue. Why do individuals hesitate to engage in open discussions?

Maybe I’m too traditional, but then I AM OLD and have been working since the 80s, I had a successful career in TV, theatre, and film before I even met Simon Cowell.

It’s not the first conflict between Gemma and Sinitta, as it was previously disclosed that Gemma alleged Sinitta of sharing information from the cast’s WhatsApp group, according toThe Sun

Sinitta denied the accusation, stating: ‘I’ve been accused of being the one leaking WhatsApp stories… the only rat among us was those in the jungle.

Gemma could be experiencing some hallucinogenic effects due to all the, um, animal testicles.

On tonight’s episode of I’m A Celeb, Gemma will seek her revenge against Sinitta – with a sharp comment on the latter’s 40-year off-and-on relationship withSimon Cowell.

In tonight’s (April 10) episode, the larger group states they are appreciating not having their phones – which leads Gemma to comment that she now sees why Simon, 66, doesn’t own a mobile phone.

This, in turn, encourages fellow campmate SirMo Farahto inquire with Sinitta if that is accurate.

However, Gemma states: ‘Sinitta attempts to contact him and has to go through two PAs, along with housekeepers, just to leave a message for him.’

Sinitta remarks: “And then he’ll call you,” to which Gemma responds: “Whenever he feels like it.”

Gemma inquires with Sinitta whether she had a romantic relationship with Simon Cowell in the past.Intermittently over 40 years.

Looking back in the Bush Telegraph, Gemma states, “She had a relationship with him that went up and down for more than 40 years, and when Sinitta calls, he responds by saying ‘I’ll call you tomorrow, Sinitta.’”

I mean, if someone did that to me, they’d be blocked, removed from the Christmas card list, and yeah, I’m not waiting for any man to get in touch.

In contrast to the standard show, I’m A Celebrity… South Africa has been mostly recorded in advance.

Production occurred last year at Kruger National Park, where audiences were not allowed to cast votes for challenges or eliminations.

Viewers will have a voice in determining the winner as the program will conclude with a live final in London later this month.

Elsewhere, former contestant from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!Jordan Banjosnapped at David Haye for being ‘too aggressive’ on the ITV program, reminding him: ‘You’re not in a fight right now!’ as he talked about the upcoming season.

The professional dancer, who joined the Jungle in 2016 and finished in ninth position, had a chat with This Morning hostsJoel Dommett and Rochelle Humesto express his views on the recent developments.

Jordan also participated in the first season of South Africa, which was broadcast in 2023, and finished as the second-place contestant behind Myleene Klass.

Boxer David, 45, who initially joined the series in 2012 by finishing in third position, has been labeled the ‘camp villain’ since making a comeback to the show.

The fighter initially provoked anger among supporters of theITVseries when he decided to send the previousCoronation Streetstar to the basic camp, named Savannah Scrub, over Scarlett Moffatt during the debut episode.

David chose Beverley, 69, instead of Scarlett, 35, when he was given the choice of who would stay in the regular show camp.

He later created further tension by arguing with fellow contestant Gemma Collins, who gained attention for surviving 72 hours in the jungle during 2012.

Craig Charles and Gemma faced off, each standing for their own side in a food challenge, while David took a few jabs at the former TOWIE celebrity.

When Gemma requested water during the trial, David responded: “I didn’t think you were permitted water until you’d completed it. Ignore the rules, rules are rules.”

Jordan responded: “There are growing tensions in the camp already, and it appears that the person behind this… and it doesn’t seem to be intentional, but it’s David Haye.”

I’m not sure if he’s looking for a new rival in there, but clearly he had options for who to send to Savannah Scrubs, and he chose Bev.

Then he’s refusing Gemma water during the trial… I mean, look – I’m fine with being competitive, I really am, but when someone is consuming fish eyes and drinking pig’s blood, to not allow them a small amount of the dry camp water?

When asked if he believed it was due to David’s competitiveness, Jordan replied, “I’m like, buddy, you’re not fighting at the moment!”

This is the GC you’re referring to, give her some leniency, mate!

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa returns on Friday at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
