The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary saw a significant number of participants inAnambra State on Saturday.

The head of the APC in Anambra state, Senator Emmanuel Anosike, referred to the gathering across the Wards in the state as historic.

He praised the coordinator of the presidential committee’s primary, Senator Uche Ekwunife, and her team as dedicated individuals.

“This attendance clearly indicates the path the 2027 general elections will follow. The achievement witnessed today also highlights the standard and reliability of the candidates put forward by the party for the State and National Assembly elections,” he added.

Anosike also rejected the optimism shown by opposition political parties in the state, maintaining that the APC is still concentrated and ready for upcoming electoral successes.

Other political parties are merely attempting to comfort themselves before facing their inevitable political letdown next year. When the time arrives, it will be evident that APC has solidified its position as a significant political entity in the state,

The party’s State Auditor, Sir Chris Chikwelu, from Agulu in the Anaocha local government area, and Dr. Iyke Iliobi, the State Publicity Secretary of the party in the state and hailing from Nimo in the Njikoka local government area, urged party members to maintain the momentum, stating that no force will hinder Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.
