Pakistan, June 28 — On Friday, President Donald Trump revealed a design for a new limited-run US passport to celebrate the nation’s 250th year of freedom – showcasing his serious expression.

“The USA’s New Passport, which states, ‘Welcome, but behave yourself!’” Trump mentioned in a post on his Truth Social platform showcasing the mock-up of the passport.

The picture shows a frowning Trump resting on his desk, accompanied by his trademark, with the text from the Declaration of Independence in the background. It seems to be inspired by a photograph taken by White House photographer Daniel Torok.

The reverse page features a painting illustrating the signing of the declaration in 1776, accompanied by the text “United States of America 250.”

The White House shared the identical passport image, featuring the text “PATRIOT PASSPORT.”

The Department of State—having previously stated that a commemorative passport featuring “custom artwork” would be available starting July 6—has not yet provided a response to an inquiry for further details.

In April, a department representative mentioned that the Trump-themed passports would only be accessible during face-to-face meetings in Washington “as long as stock remains.”

Trump has strongly imposed his personal identity on governmental organizations, with flags featuring the president displayed outside multiple government facilities, and the Treasury Department announcing that his signature will soon be featured on the one-dollar bill.

Trump also included his name on the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts – until a court decided it needed to be taken off.

He will be the first active US president to appear on travel documents used by Americans.
