• Hanson confirms she referred to Thorpe as a ‘b****’

Pauline Hansonhas dramatically reinforced her stance following her remarks to Independent SenatorLidia Thorpea ‘b****’ during a fierySenate debate.

The leader of One Nation stated that she had been angered by Thorpe, whom she compared to a ‘banshee,’ a legendary entity recognized for her loud cries or screams.

“I apologize if the public heard me refer to Senator Thorpe as a b****, but I do not retract my words,” Hanson stated in a message on Monday night.

The Senate room is intended to be a venue for discussion, not continuous shouting and yelling over other senators as witnessed with Senator Thorpe.

Hanson subsequently criticized Liberal Senator Dave Sharma for not enforcing Thorpe’s compliance in his capacity as acting Senate President.

“If the weak Liberal chair doesn’t intervene and stop her from shouting like a banshee, I will,” she added, then turned her anger towards the Greens, Thorpe’s old party.

‘Thorpe constantly reminds us what the Greens stand for in this Parliament. Division! It’s never about the Australian people,’ she stated.

Every Green is made from the same terrible material.

The conflict began as Hanson was addressing the issue of US and Israeli attacks on Iran, with Thorpe frequently interrupting, yelling, “You’re not telling the truth!”

Clearly annoyed, Hanson blamed the Greens for being ‘un-Australian’.

“This reflects your entire approach. This is the Greens’ perspective,” she said. The Greens are the least Australian individuals present in the Senate.

That is the most un-Australian people, who do not stand up for this country, our flag, our patriotism… nothing!

Thorpe fired back, telling the One Nation leader: ‘Oh, sit down, sit down, sit down, you’re an absolute disgrace.’

Green Party Senator Sarah Hanson-Young also participated in the criticism directed at Hanson.

“What have you ever done for Iranian refugees in this country? You’re the one who despises Australia,” Hanson-Young stated.

However, Hanson continued, saying to the women, “So childish. I wish you would truly begin advocating for the Australian people.”

As she made her way back to her seat, Thorpe shouted across the room.

“She just called me a b****… I just got called a b**** by the racist,” she said.

Hanson exited the room shortly after, delivering one last comment to Thorpe.

“I’ll be happy to see your backside here in two years,” she said.
