The interview, filmed in the back of a car in a relaxed, conversational style, was shared on TikTok by Koforidua Flowers and quickly drew attention from fans who had been watching the pair’s increasingly distant public dynamic with growing curiosity.

Speaking in the interview, Dr Likee noted that he had a lot of team members, with whom he worked, and that he would not always work with Kyekyeku on his projects.

The veteran Kumawood actor dismissed rumours of a beef with his protégé, stating that they regularly conversed on the phone.

He said:

“There is no problem between me and Kyekyeku. He calls me.”

The comic actor explained that he never calls any of his protégés to come on set and feature in his projects, as his channel was designed to introduce new faces in the acting scene and elevate their careers.
