The Board also gave its approval to the Code4AI Program, designed to educate 7,500 people through practical learning in Python, JavaScript, and Java, with an emphasis on developing artificial intelligence applications using top frameworks. The program will also include topics such as blockchain technologies like Ethereum, Solidity, and Hyperledger, along with the basics of quantum computing and prompt engineering. The Digital Pakistan Cyber Security Hackathon 2025 will take place in six cities, offering hands-on training sessions and awareness events in 16 cities, involving over 3,000 participants. A three-day specialized training program for government officials will also be organized.

To promote outstanding performance, cash prizes totaling Rs 6.5 million will be given to the best teams participating in the Capture the Flag (CTF) event. In addition, international training coupons valued at Rs 12 million will be provided to top participants from the training programs, while Rs 27 million has been set aside to fund Pakistani teams competing in global cybersecurity events. At the same time, the National Incubation Center (NIC) Quetta 2.0 will commence operations to enhance entrepreneurial prospects throughout Balochistan. The center will assist more than 70 entrepreneurs each year with guidance, education, and connections to investors, enabling local startups to turn creative concepts into successful ventures.

Additionally, the SAP Training Program aims to certify 2,500 young individuals in internationally acknowledged enterprise technology skills, boosting their chances of finding employment both within the country and overseas, while establishing Pakistan as a rising center for SAP expertise in the area.
