LG Electronics Nigeria reasserted its position as a pioneer in innovation through the effective organization of the LG Smart TV AI Press Conference.

Tagged, “From Smart Devices to Smart Living – The Age of Automation,” LG introduced its newest line of AI-enabled Smart TVs—OLED, QNED, NanoCell, and UHD—all driven by LG ThinQ AI, the company’s own system that adapts to user tastes, reacts to voice instructions, and integrates smoothly with other LG home devices.

It also revealed a strategic collaboration with Ecobank Nigeria to introduce a versatile Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) Program. This effort enables clients to buy LG Smart TVs and various household appliances by distributing payments over time, encouraging both affordability and financial access.

During the event, Mr. Choongbae Seok, General Manager of Media Entertainment Solutions within the TV Division, emphasized LG’s goal of incorporating AI into daily routines.

“LG’s AI-driven solutions are created to make life easier, improve comfort, and establish a connected way of living for our users. By placing AI at the core of our developments, LG keeps redefining the concept of living smart,” he stated.

Additionally, Mrs. Adeola Ogunyemi, Head of Distribution Channels and Sales at Ecobank Nigeria, stated, ‘This partnership goes beyond being a financial option; it serves as a link between dreams and actuality. It enables more homes and companies to engage in the digital evolution redefining our region.’
