The performers who will sing the official song for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), set to be held in Morocco, have been revealed. The song will feature three prominent figures from various music genres: emerging Moroccan artist Jaylann, French-Moroccan performer L’Artiste, and Beninese musical legend Angélique Kidjo, according to SNRT News.

Designed as a pan-African song, the track seeks to highlight both solidarity and variety throughout the continent. Angélique Kidjo, an artist who has won multiple Grammy Awards, contributes her worldwide recognition and strong African heritage to the project, while L’Artiste, recognized for a series of global chart-toppers, connects urban pop with international listeners. Jaylann symbolizes a fresh wave, introducing a modern and energetic vibe.

The track will be played during the opening event of the tournament, before the Morocco–Comoros game, which marks the start of AFCON 2025 on Sunday, December 21.
