One of the leading figures of the Make America Great Again movement issued a fierce warning to the PresidentDonald Trumpduring a new interview on Monday.

Megyn Kelly, who hosts a radio program named after himself on SiriusXM, cautioned Trump during an interview with Piers Morgan on his YouTube channel that he could bring the country to its knees.Republican Party’sopportunities in the upcoming 2026 mid-term election and the 2028 presidential election by maintaining the harmful conflict in Iran. Kelly stated that losing the House appears probable, and losing the Senate has grown more likely, based on certain surveys.

We expect to lose the House to the GOP, but an increasing number of political analysts are now forecasting that the Republicans might also lose the Senate,” Kelly stated. “And the situation isn’t improving for Republicans two years after these midterms, as we head into 2028 with a presidential election and additional elections for House members in some Senate races. So all the numbers are unfavorable. We don’t have the advantage.

Trump has asserted that he initiated the conflict in Iran to stop the regime from acquiring a nuclear weapon. He has even stated that he “doesn’t care about the midterms” as long as Iran never possesses a nuclear warhead. This statement has not been well-received by Republicans and their supporters, who are dealing with a rising cost of living at home.

Kelly stated that Trump could exacerbate these issues if he does not promptly remove the military from Iran.
