Kuwait claimed that Iran attacked a water desalination plant for the second time.

Meanwhile, the International Atomic Energy Agency mentioned it was looking into claims of an assault on the construction site where Iran planned to establish a nuclear power plant.

No nuclear substances were found during the previous inspection conducted by the organization.
