Gordon Ramsay‘s A £1.6 million Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta was removed by tow truck following a flat tire as the owner was driving through Cornwall earlier this week.

The renowned chef, who has gathered an impressive array of high-performance cars throughout the years, was seendriving his unique Ferrari through Porth, near the location of his several properties in Cornwall, on Tuesday night.

However, his evening drive along the Cornish coastline ended suddenly when his pearl white Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta experienced a flat tire.

The father of six had to stop his beloved car before it was taken away by a tow truck.

They believe he probably punctured his tire on one of Cornwall’s well-known craters.

“I passed by him as he was exiting the car that was parked at Porth on Tuesday evening with a flat tire,” an eyewitness mentioned.

It was gathered in a large trailer around 8:30 pm.

Ramsay was among the initial buyers to acquire a Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta when they became available for £1.6 million in 2016.

The high-performance car is among the most scarce vehicles ever produced by Ferrari – with just 210 units made globally.

In 2017, Ferrari revealed that one of its models hadsold for an astonishing 8.3 million euros (£7 million), setting a new record as the priciest car from the 21st century ever sold.

It is driven by a 6.3-liter V12 engine, which, when paired with an electric motor, delivers an impressive 950bhp.

This results in a 0-62mph acceleration time under three seconds and a maximum speed exceeding 215mph.

Last month, the host of Kitchen Nightmares was seen driving the same Ferrari in Monaco during a visit to the region – known as a favorite destination for celebrities and the ultra-wealthy.

Ramsay is known to possess a large collection of 94 luxury vehicles, which features an Aston Martin DB4, a McLaren Senna, and a Ferrari 308.

He is also recognized for owning multiple properties in Cornwall, such as two located in the exclusive village of Rock.

Inhabitants were taken aback by the sight of a Ferrari navigating Cornwall’s small roads.

One remarked: “Ideal for getting stuck in those narrow rural roads… or the occasional collision with a bus, or a white van driver, or a Chelsea tractor.”

Another addition: “Cornish roads. What else needs to be mentioned.”

A third one quipped: “Cornish pothole – 1, £5m Ferrari – 0.”

Spokespersons for Gordon Ramsay have been contacted for a response.
